Dear Bill,
I wanted to take a moment of your time to express my sincerest thanks and appreciation to Steve, Dave, Lonnie, and Shane for their recent installation of the central air system in our home. I believe I'm a good judge of tradesmen/customer relations after having been a customer service manager for the building industry for 10 years. Initially, my wife Dot and I had concerns since this system was going to be installed in a live-in home, and in particular the amount of dust that would be generated during the job. Our concerns were immediately laid to rest when we observed the professional manner in which they worked and especially appreciated how they made an extra effort to keep the dust to a minimum and then cleaned up what little mess was left when cutting the new vents.

To the owner,
I am writing to commend your serviceman, Jim, who was at my house. My wife and I both work and leave the house before 7:45. I told the scheduling person the situation and she said she would let the serviceman know. The last scheduled visit he did indeed come early, which I mentioned to her.

On the scheduled day, I opened my front door at 6:40 to retrieve the newspaper. Jim was already waiting outside in his truck!! He said he was going to wait till around 7am before ringing the bell.

This is indeed exceptional service for which I am grateful.
