Meet The Team

Working alongside his father since the age of 14, Bill brings seasoned expertise and strong leadership to every project for over 37 years. He leads all estimating and project management efforts within the construction division and plays a key role in supporting our service, maintenance, and replacement teams through coordination, training, budgeting, and sales support.

Bill has a proven track record in designing and installing HVAC systems for a wide range of projects—including new home construction, renovations, mid-rise residential buildings with ground-floor retail, and light commercial developments. His hands-on approach and in-depth industry knowledge consistently deliver efficient, high-quality results.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys traveling with his family, coaching and playing ice hockey, skiing, and hitting the golf course whenever he can.

With 23 years in the HVAC industry, Jeff has grown from hands-on roles in ductwork and residential installations to leadership positions in sales, office management, and general operations. He has served both residential and commercial markets and led construction crews on major projects for over four years.

Jeff holds an EPA certification and has completed extensive training in technical skills, sales, management, and customer service through vendor programs, webinars, and ongoing industry education. He stays current with emerging technologies through continuous learning, including the Weldon Long EGIA platform.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his kids along with hiking, paddleboarding, and fishing with his girlfriend. Jeff is active in his local church and a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan.

Since 2018, Giovanni has brought a deep experience in residential and light commercial systems to TCS. He began his career, nearly 40 years ago, in the HVAC industry as a service and repair technician and worked his way up to managing a full-service department, earning a reputation for strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.

Giovanni holds certifications including NATE, EPA 608, OSHA, Natural Gas/Gastite, and several specialized credentials in geothermal, hydronic boilers, mini-split systems, and more. He’s especially skilled in energy-efficient solutions and system diagnostics.

Outside of work, Giovanni enjoys playing golf, working on cars, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family and friends—often at car shows, wine and bourbon tastings, or just enjoying the open road.

Joining the TCS family a year ago, Alaina brings with her over 9 years of experience in customer service. She has spent several years in the HVAC industry, where she specialized both in customer service and dispatch. Her background in this fast-paced field has sharpened her organizational skills and strengthened her ability to stay calm under pressure, making her a go-to problem solver for customers and colleagues alike. She believes that a positive attitude and clear communication can make all the difference.

Outside of work, Alaina is a proud mom and an avid reader who always has a book within arm’s reach. When she’s not turning pages, you’ll likely find her cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies with passion and pride. Whether she’s spending quality time with family or soaking in a quiet moment with a good story, Alaina brings the same heart and energy to her personal life as she does her professional one.
