I also always maintain a service agreement. TCS is a reliable and highly professional company with outstanding and highly qualified service employees. I have NO complaints and would certainly recommend them to all in a highly competitive industry. -
Well here was my problem. Our A/c was blowing out warm air about 8 days ago when it got too warm to open the windows.
We called Total Comfort Solutions and Giovanni who is the Best at what he does made sure his top techs came out, Matt … More and Ryan.
They seemed to have fixed the valve that was leaking but just tightening it wasn’t enough but they tested the air and it am was cold and running well. Today, 8 days later Chris came out and saw oil coming out of the same valve, which no fault of Matt’s but Chris went up on the roof and replaced it with a new valve and our air is running great now!
These are the Mist efficient and honest group of men I’ve ever seen in the hvac business and you are very blessed to have them in your team!

I can't say enough about the technicians (Chris Aubry, Matt Roman, and Ryan Yaglinski). These guys were professional, thorough, courteous, smart, and even tolerated our french bulldog (Bella). Chris had to come back to complete the humidifier component the next day, and did an awesome job.
